Through The Night.

God separate the day from the night…
When God, created the earth, was with no form, void, until the day He made the decision to speak up and commanded, light to separate from darkness, and He called darkness, night; as He called light, day. I notice that when God call something or give a name to somebody or to something He is implying his, her or its nature. For instance Tare, whom was the father of Abram, named him, Abram which means “exalted father”, in other words, nobody like you; but God renamed Abram to Abraham to tell him that he was not only exalted father but now, exalted father of multitudes. Another example is, Jacob, but God rename him, Israel.
Now to the point, God rename light, to, day and He renamed Darkness to night. Notice something interesting, darkness was already in place, having domain over the deep; even though The Spirit was upon the waters, darkness was upon the deep. Until this time, the light was in God, and until God spoke out, light was hidden, but when He spoke, power was released and immediately the process of separation occurred and now light was visible, it was what separated from darkness. Now God calls light day, it has a new nature, so it is with darkness, חשֶׁךְ choshek, which means, destruction, death, corruption, but He rename destruction, to night, לַיִל layil, which means adversity. Glory to God.
Now explanation to the point: We were living in darkness without God, and that state gave us only confusion which was the result from darkness over the creation, that’s why says it was void, without form, meaning was under confusion, because was under the destruction of the death, even though there was light, God was there and He is light, but that light was hidden in the same place were darkness was, because He was hiding the light until the time of revelation. In other words every single human been created to the image of God has already the light of God, but until the word is not heard, not reveal in the spirit of men, he still living under the power of death and destruction. But when the word is spoken in his heart, the lighting starts, confusion starts going down, and understanding it’s coming up, and the darkness inside of this man it is transform into night, which means, adversity. That’s why we fight inside out, because now we are not living under the power of death, He gave us the Revealed Living Word, Jesus, and now He help us through the night ” adversity” until the new day, arrives. Even day is a divine giving name, יוֹם yowm, Hebrew word that means, continually hot season that is in constant trouble to cause agony to its opposition, night. Glory to God. Brief summary: If you are not been in contact with the solid like concrete lighting that comes from The Word of God, in constant intimacy, then your confusions will never be transform into just adversity. Allow me to explain something; there is a big difference between confusion and adversity. I prefer to have adversity than to be confused, because a confuse mind, can’t see who is who, who is enemy and who is friend, what is good and what is bad, but adversity, gives me clear understanding of who am I, where I am going, who is my enemy, all I have to do once I am not confuse no more, is fight to my destiny. Glory to God. Let His word speak to your heart, and allow Him to rename your darkness into night.

aw-hab and raw-khawb – Love and Rahab

Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about. When we think of love, we normally think of happiness, benefits, caring, helping, but who in the world would ever think of love as sacrificing your own son? Abraham was tested with the most unexpected test that any human been can think; sacrifice your own son as a proof of his love for God. We must understand that God is love, and He will never ever, ask anything to anybody that will hurt and damage his integrity as man, and the reason is because we are created to His own image, and God asking something like that would be like damaging His own reflection. So God was testing the faith of Abraham and the text I am meditating now, says “take your son, whom you love… and sacrifice him there as burnt offering… I can’t imagine what was in the mind of Isaac at 13 years old, seeing his father putting him over an altar where normally it supposed to be a ram or a sheep, but this time, it was Isaac, and he asked his father, before this, “father where is the sacrifice?”, and Abraham answers was, God will provide for Himself. This is the kind of answers that only men or women can give to God, when they really know that God loves them, when God is asking something out of the normal. Trusting in Him, knowing that even it seemed estrange, unthinkable, he was willing to go to the extreme, and lift up the knife, and then, an angel, stopped him, saying, you passed the test, there is your ram, trade your heart for His sacrifice. Now, the fact that it is calling my attention is that in Hebrew I found that the word for love sounds aw-hab, it really hits deep in my heart, because it sound to me like Rahab, the harlot. That woman that was living in total opposition to God, living a lustful life, but when she saw the first and only sign of the love of God, she reacted in the perfect way repenting from her life, city, friends, and made a strong decision. She understood, that by the spies getting to her house, because they were looking for a place to hide to be able to get in and get out, reporting the status of Jericho, she was giving an opportunity before the judgment to come, to repent. She didn’t hesitate, because she heard that God is God of all, and He took his people with mighty hand out of Egypt and no one would be able to be against God and scape, she made her move, and ask for a deal, she said; “if I hide you, you promise that you will save me, and she got for an answer, “make a “clear declaration of you faith”, so what she did, is that she she bound the scarlet line in the window, so the spies will know that she was expecting the promise to reach her and her house, so God saved her because she made her strong statement of faith and believe in His words. Amazing in Hebrew love sound is, aw-hab, and this woman who was hungry of aw-hab, was called all the time Rachab and it sounded like raw-khawb, this woman had already something that belongs to God, just she didn’t know, but as soon as she perceived it, she fell in love with His savior. She was getting nothing but wounds out of men, but when she experienced the mercy of God, she was willing to let all her past die and start a new life under the covenant from God by His grace. Enjoy the love of God and make you clear statements that you love him too!!! |

Our hands, instruments of many activities during our life, to eat, to work, to grab, to fight, but when it comes to worship God, lifting our hands are very important, is an act of surrendering, an act of submitting, an act of necessity, like a little kid, lifting his hands to his dad, even there is no words, just by the act, the father is moved to mercy to pick him up. See the relationship between a man and his son is so great, the strong one, it’s touch by the smiles, and tears of his little reflected image in his son. When he sees his son, lifting his hands, immediately, goes to his need, and lift him up, to be close to his heart, to his face, the little one wants to see the eyes of his dad, so close, so he can feel so secure, and so loved by being that close. When we lift our hands, God want to lift us up closer to Him. Another fact in this verse, is that the desire of this man, is to lift up his hands in His house, His sanctuary, the place where an intimate communion between a man and HIs God, the unique God. It wasn’t just anywhere, but His sanctuary, the place where He made His dwelling place to be with us. Remember every time you go to His house, lift your hands, and bless His name, because He is good for ever. Bless The Lord, use your words, lifting your hands. I can’t imagine a dad, without wanting to hear the voice of his kids, even when they cry, the dad wants to know what is bothering them. So is God, He wants to hear your voice, even He knows your heart, and even He knows your thoughts before they get to your tongue, He wants to hear your voice, why? because your words are the confirmation of what you believe, and the testimony that is your heart, so the rest can hear, that in your heart, lives God. Lift your hands, bless The Lord, don’t miss the opportunity to live for Him blessing His name with your voice and your hands. God bless you.
